Grappa di Amarone Barrique is obtained from the distillation of the Amarone marc whose grapes, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella are previously selected and then stored to dry for some months.
The Grappa is then stored for two years in French Barrique barrels.
It has a peculiar golden amber colour.
The processing method together with the small quantities of fresh marc that is processed in each “cotta” allows the full and vigorous passage to grappa of all the characteristic aromas and flavors of the great wine from which it comes.
It can be combined at the end of a meal with semifreddo, dry pastries, excellent with dark chocolate at least 60% for its strong olfactory persistence.
Excellent as a meditation distillate.
